By accessing and using FansQuality's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. FansQuality is a social media growth agency specializing in Instagram, TikTok, and multi-platform digital marketing services.

2. Service Description

FansQuality provides social media growth services including but not limited to:

  • Instagram follower growth and engagement strategies
  • TikTok viral content creation and optimization
  • Multi-platform social media management
  • Brand awareness campaigns
  • Analytics and performance reporting

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and access credentials when required
  • Comply with all social media platform terms of service
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals for content and campaigns
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the engagement

4. Performance and Results

While FansQuality has achieved remarkable results including growing Instagram accounts from 5K to 650K followers and generating 153M TikTok views, we cannot guarantee specific numerical outcomes. Results depend on various factors including content quality, audience engagement, platform algorithms, and market conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Services require payment in advance or as specified in the contract
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

Content created by FansQuality remains the property of the client upon full payment. FansQuality retains the right to use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Confidentiality

FansQuality maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, strategies, and performance data. We do not share specific client details without explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

FansQuality's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for platform policy changes, algorithm updates, or external factors affecting social media performance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur in cases of breach of terms, non-payment, or violation of platform policies.
